Job summary

Agilyti in Hampton, NJ is seeking an IT & G&A Project Manager to drive cross-functional implementation and launch projects across Commercial IT and Corporate Infrastructure.

This hybrid role connects IT with Finance, Legal and external system integrators to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of ERP, HRIS, CRM and related systems with strong PMO governance and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on PM experience in life sciences, biotech or pharma.
• Experience delivering IT & G&A systems projects (ERP/HRIS/CLM) and infra upgrades.
• Solid understanding of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA and data privacy regulations.
• Familiar with hybrid, Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies and PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end IT launch plans across CRM builds, call planning and field enablement systems.
• Coordinate third-party vendors and partners (Veeva, IQVIA, Salesforce) through requirements, UAT and post-launch hypercare.
• Manage end-to-end ERP, HRIS, CLM and financial close automation projects for G&A functions.
• Lead IT infrastructure upgrades, business continuity planning, and facilities migrations.
• Oversee vendors, MSPs and managed services with scope, timelines and invoices.

About the Role

We are seeking a versatile IT & G&A Project Manager to drive cross-functional implementation and launch projects across both our Commercial IT and Corporate Infrastructure workstreams.

In this high-impact, hybrid role based out of Hampton, NJ, you will serve as the connective tissue between IT, Commercial Operations, Finance, Legal, and external system integrators. Whether orchestrating a commercial product launch platform or leading enterprise systems rollouts (ERP, HRIS, CRM), you will bring consistent PM discipline to keep high-priority initiatives on schedule, on budget, and fully compliant.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial & IT Launch Execution

• Launch Program Delivery: Drive end-to-end IT launch plans, defining scope, critical paths, and dependencies across CRM buildouts, call planning, and field enablement systems.
• Commercial Systems Integration: Coordinate third-party vendors and implementation partners (e.g., Veeva, IQVIA, Salesforce) through requirements, UAT, and post-launch hypercare.

Corporate G&A Systems & Infrastructure

• Enterprise Application Rollouts: Manage end-to-end implementation projects for G&A functions, including ERP, HRIS, CLM, and financial close automation platforms.
• Infrastructure & Facilities Projects: Lead IT infrastructure upgrades, business continuity planning, and facility office updates or migrations.
• Vendor & MSP Management: Oversee external technology vendors, implementation partners, and managed service providers, managing scope, timeline, and invoice tracking.

PMO Governance, Compliance & Change Management

• PMO Artifacts: Maintain master project plans, RAID logs, status dashboards, and decision registers for executive sponsors and the CFO.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure project deliverables comply with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA, and corporate data privacy standards.
• Enablement & Adoption: Partner with functional leaders on change management, user training, and cutover/go-live support to drive technology adoption.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of hands‑on project management experience in a life sciences, biotech, or pharmaceutical environment.
• Domain Expertise: Proven track record delivering projects across at least two of the following areas:
• Enterprise G&A systems (ERP like NetSuite, HRIS like ADP/Rippling, or CLM platforms).
• IT Infrastructure, facility expansion, or corporate office moves.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA, and data privacy regulations.
• Project Tools: Command of hybrid/Waterfall/Agile delivery methodologies and PM tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, or Asana).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
