Job summary

Anchor Point Technology Resources seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee technical projects spanning information systems, application development, enterprise applications, and data warehouse initiatives in the Indianapolis/Syracuse region.

The role requires planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management with collaboration across IT, QA, and business stakeholders. PMP certification is preferred, and strong communication is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years of IT project management experience.
• 2+ years in lead role on one or more projects.
• Experience managing resources in a matrix environment.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, problem solving, and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience with project management, documentation, and reporting tools.
