Job description

We are seeking a Project Manager to support a high-visibility mobile application initiative within a fast-paced, agile environment. This role will focus on leading cross-functional development teams through the final stages of a major app enhancement and upcoming production migration, while ensuring successful delivery through the SDLC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management for mobile application initiatives within an agile environment
• Partner closely with application development teams, product stakeholders, and QA to drive delivery across all SDLC phases
• Oversee current project activities in Deployment Execution and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases
• Manage timelines, risks, and dependencies as the project approaches production migration
• Coordinate and support go-live readiness and migration activities
• Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, status updates, and stakeholder communications
• Ensure alignment between technical teams and business objectives
• Support planning and transition into Phase 2 enhancements focused on small business functionality

Current Project Status:

• Active project approximately three-quarters complete
• Currently in Deployment Execution and UAT phases
• Production migration targeted in the near term
• Phase 1 expected to complete by late summer, followed by Phase 2 expansion

Qualifications:

• Banking or financial service industry experience
• Experience managing mobile app or digital product development projects
• Strong background working with development teams in an agile environment
• Solid understanding of SDLC processes and release management
• Experience coordinating UAT, deployment, and migration efforts
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively across technical and business teams
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
