Job description

SYSTEMTEC, located in the Charleston, South Carolina Metropolitan Area, is seeking an IT Project Manager for a Remote position. The role involves supporting ongoing initiatives related to the large-scale integration of South Carolina healthcare facilities into the company's platform.

Required Qualifications:

• Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no sponsorship or third-party agencies).
• Proven experience managing IT projects, especially in infrastructure or cybersecurity.
• Strong technical skills with the ability to collaborate with technical teams.
• PMP certification preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and enterprise project management tools.
• Experience managing financials, reporting, scheduling, and cross-team coordination.
• Self-starter capable of managing all project elements independently.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver IT enablement projects from start to post-go-live.
• Coordinate cross-functional IT teams to ensure project scope delivery, including Identity & Access Management.
• Maintain detailed project schedules and work plans.
• Handle project financials, timesheets, and administrative tasks such as meeting minutes and stakeholder communications.
• Use ServiceNow for project tracking and management.
• Ensure project deliverables align with enterprise goals and timelines.
• Act as a liaison between IT teams and stakeholders.
• Participate in go-live activities, potentially including on-site presence in Charleston, SC.
