Responsibilities

  • Participate in change control and service delivery processes by providing appropriate documentation and subject matter expertise.
  • Project management leadership across complex programs involving multiple technologies, stakeholders.
  • Manage scope, requirements in concert with other project resources.
  • Identify and assess program risk and develop mitigation strategies to share with key stakeholders.
  • Monitor progress to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and organizational requirements.
  • Prepare and present to key stakeholders detailed program reports, including weekly progress updates, budget reports and risk assessments.
  • Facilitate project meetings and manage team dynamics.

Job description

The Program Manager will lead the execution of complex project requirements across multiple

workstreams, project planning and execution for a variety of innovative projects. The Program Manager

will be responsible for managing multiple projects and ensuring they are completed on time, within

scope, and on budget. This role will work with internal and external resources as the IT point of contact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Participate in change control and service delivery processes by providing appropriate documentation and subject matter expertise.
  • Project management leadership across complex programs involving multiple technologies, stakeholders.
  • Manage scope, requirements in concert with other project resources.
  • Identify and assess program risk and develop mitigation strategies to share with key stakeholders.
  • Through monitoring reports, will ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and organizational requirements.
  • Prepare and present to key stakeholders detailed program reports, including weekly progress updates, budget reports and risk assessments.
  • Facilitate project meetings and manage team dynamics.
