Our firm is working with a growing manufacturing clients who is looking for an IT manager. This role is responsible for managing all internal systems for the company’s NY and MA locations. The IT manager will work closely with the CFO and ensure that all cyber security meets standards

• Define IT goals to support the company’s business strategy
• Oversee the work of outside service providers
• Manage IT projects
• Identify and resolve technical issues
• Manage the company’s IT assets keeping inventory of hardware, software, and licenses.
• Maintain a change management system (ticketing or similar) for proper documentation, analysis, and control of issues.
• Oversee the company’s cybersecurity including all aspects of the company’s CMMC program.
• Implement and oversee user IT cybersecurity training
• Plan, manage, and control the company’s IT budgets.
• Manage backup and disaster recovery protocols
• Evaluate external IT resources, recommend changes, and onboard

Qualifications:

Technical Skills

• VM Ware Skills
• IP and routing protocols
• SQL support
• CAD software knowledge
• ERP software knowledge, Infor Visual is a plus
• Network and Security Architecture Experience
• Active Directory or similar tools
• MS Exchange and MS Office
• Server Administration
