A leading company in the home and security sectors is seeking a Manager for IT to enhance Oracle ERP systems. This role encompasses both management of a team and intricate software support. Manager, IT, Fortune Brands Innovations Group, Inc., Deerfield, IL. Support, design, development, documentation, configuration, modification and administration of Oracle ERP and Oracle Fusion ERP cloud modules and custom applications supporting product value chain processes; Perform complex data analysis and support Oracle product value chain, Master data management, Quote to Order and Supply chain user community including product configuration applications. Lead and supports roll-out of Oracle ERP cloud, Oracle product data cloud and troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements requested by the business; Engage with stakeholders in the business and with team members in IT to assess short-term and long-term trade-offs and make solid recommendations to the business and technology teams; Adhere to best practice development standards within standard Waterfall and Agile methodologies to minimize risk and optimize development solutions; Build & Support complex real-time Integrations between Agile PLM, Oracle PIM, Oracle PDH Cloud, Oracle ERP Cloud, 1Worldsync, and e-commerce portals using the Dell Boomi technology platform; Manage a team of 4-6 resources supporting Oracle and SAP ERP systems and processes. 10% domestic travel required; 40% telecommuting allowed; can live anywhere in the U.S.; co headquarters in Deerfield.
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, MIS or related field or foreign equivalent degree & 5 years of experience as an Associate Consultant, Assistant Consultant Technical Consultant or related position.
Of experience required, must have: Configure and code UDAs, EFFs, Business Rules, WebADI, ADFDi, FDBI and UCM in Oracle PIM and PDH Cloud applications (5 yrs); Develop and maintain system integrations using REST APIs, web services, custom development, and Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud APIs (5 yrs); Build complex OTBI queries/reports for Oracle EBS, Oracle PDH Cloud and Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud (5 yrs); Configure and support Oracle Fusion Cloud orchestrations, FSM, Enterprise schedulers, GOP, Backlog Management, CMK, and application composer in Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud (5 yrs). 10% domestic travel required; 40% telecommuting allowed; can live anywhere in the U.S.; co headquarters in Deerfield, IL.

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $126,755 - $165,000 USD. An employee’s actual salary within the range will be based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
