Key Responsibilities

• Working on systems development as part of a small, agile IT team.
• Contributing to modernizing the organization's core platform, including migration from legacy systems.
• Designing, building, testing, debugging, and implementing applications, system architecture, network systems, and utilities.
• Coding, reviewing system requirements, and working on both front-end and back-end.
• Defining software engineering standards, policies, and procedures.
• Migration from legacy / older platforms (e.g., PowerBuilder, Informix) is a plus.
• Agile team / agile methodology.
• Hybrid work: ~3 days in the office, ~2 remote.
