Position: IT Manager

Location:Remote

Role Overview:As an IT Help Desk Manager at StafGo Health, you will be responsible for managing and configuring new laptops and computers, resolving hardware issues, installing and managing software across our systems, and providing exceptional help desk support. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our IT infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently, supporting our internal teams to deliver excellent service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the setup and configuration of new hardware and software, ensuring all equipment is ready for use.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues across various devices and platforms.
• Manage software updates, installations, and compatibility problems.
• Provide timely and effective help desk support to internal users.
• Maintain documentation related to system configuration, mapping, processes, and service records.
• Develop and enforce IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management.
• Analyse business requirements for IT needs and systems.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an IT Help Desk Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and systems troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize multiple issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus but not mandatory.
