Job summary

Zeigler Bros. Inc. is seeking an experienced Information Technology Manager to oversee our technology infrastructure, systems, cybersecurity, and end-user support across locations. This hands-on role combines strategic direction with practical technical execution to ensure secure, reliable IT operations.

The ideal candidate will solve problems, manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively with staff at all levels while supporting manufacturing and production technology systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Cybersecurity, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 3–5 years IT experience, multi-location/manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong experience with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, cybersecurity, backups, and cloud tech.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and business-critical applications.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, organizational and PM skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and provide excellent customer service.
• Manufacturing or feed/food industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain networks, servers, M365, AD, SharePoint, VPN, firewalls, and related systems.
• Provide technical support to ~90 employees across multiple locations.
• Support manufacturing and production technology systems.
• Manage IT equipment including computers, mobile devices, phones, printers, and software.
• Maintain cybersecurity, backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity systems.
• Manage company websites and internal SharePoint sites.
• Lead IT projects, system upgrades, and technology improvements.
• Oversee IT vendors, purchasing, asset tracking, and annual budget.

We are seeking an experienced Information Technology Manager to oversee our company’s technology infrastructure, systems, cybersecurity, and end-user support. This is a hands‑on role responsible for ensuring our IT systems are secure, reliable, and effectively support our manufacturing and business operations.

The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver who can manage multiple priorities, work independently, communicate effectively with employees at all levels, and provide both strategic direction and hands‑on technical support.

Key Responsibilities
