Qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, complex formulas, pivot tables, scenario analysis, and data analysis.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with IT, Finance, and business stakeholders.
• Experience translating financial data into meaningful business insights.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business / Financial Analyst with expertise in Technology Business Management (TBM), IT Financial Management, and expense transparency to support financial management activities across the IT organization.

This is a Business/Financial Analyst position, NOT a Technical Business Analyst role.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost allocation, financial modeling, financial reporting, and IT expense analysis, along with the ability to work closely with IT, Finance, and business stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of experience in Technology Business Management (TBM), IT Financial Management, IT cost transparency, or IT billing/chargeback.
• Strong understanding of:
• Budgeting & Forecasting
• Cost Allocation
• Expense Management
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, complex formulas, pivot tables, scenario analysis, and data analysis.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience translating financial data into meaningful business insights.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TBM tools and cost modeling frameworks.
• Experience with Power BI or similar financial reporting/dashboarding tools.
• Experience with ServiceNow, particularly ITFM, CMDB, APM, service taxonomy, or related workflows.
• Experience with PeopleSoft Financials, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle Financials, or similar ERP systems.
• Experience supporting large, complex IT organizations is a plus.
