Motion Recruitment Partners (MRP) is seeking an IT Financial Analyst Lead to join a Hybrid team in King of Prussia, PA. This role focuses on IT budget vs. actuals, accrual oversight, and end-to-end procurement.

You will partner with Finance, Procurement, Legal, and IT leaders to drive financial discipline and contract governance. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in IT FP&A and procurement, advanced Excel, and experience with SAP Ariba, Oracle, or Coupa.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IT FP&A, portfolio finance, IT procurement, or related functions.
• Experience with budget vs. actuals, accruals, variance analysis, and financial reconciliation.
• Knowledge of IT procurement, MSAs, vendor contracts, quotes, and renewals.
• Experience partnering with IT, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and senior leadership.
• Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reconciliation.
• Experience with SAP Ariba, Oracle, Coupa, or similar ERP/financial systems.
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively drive issues to resolution.
• Google Workspace experience is a plus.

One of the leading providers of environmental services and sustainable infrastructure solutions is looking for an IT Financial Analyst Lead to join their Hybrid team in King of Prussia, PA!

Our client is seeking an experienced IT Financial Analyst Lead to support the Program Management Office and serve as a key financial and procurement partner to IT leadership. This role will own IT budget and actuals analysis, accrual oversight, variance resolution, and the end-to-end IT procurement and contract lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have strong IT finance/FP&A experience combined with knowledge of procurement, vendor contracts, renewals, and cross-functional coordination with Finance, Procurement, Legal, and IT leadership.

Contract Duration: 12-Month Contract with the opportunity for extension or conversion
