Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. is launching an Information Technology Development Program starting July 12, 2027, in multiple US locations.

It is designed for seniors graduating in Spring 2027 or recent graduates, featuring a two-year rotation through IT domains with mentorship and hands-on exposure to PCC’s manufacturing environments. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree requirement with concentration in networking, programming, security or database administration
  • Co-op or internship experience in manufacturing preferred
  • Leadership experience in clubs/organizations or activities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be a US Person and willing to relocate within US locations

Responsibilities

  • Participate in a two-year IT development rotational program across foundational areas and key domains
  • Engage in mentorship and structured training with exposure to PCC’s manufacturing environments
  • Relocate to assigned US locations and pursue region-preferred learning opportunities
  • Support IT and business processes across plant, division and corporate levels

Precision Castparts Corp.’s Development Programs are Powering the Future by taking the emergent talent through a high velocity two year rotational program complete with learning experiences and opportunities to expose members to the critical aspects of PCC’s business in a multitude of manufacturing environments so they can effectively influence the future direction of the Company. This program is specifically designed for seniors graduating in Spring 2027 or recent graduates. This position will be in various locations so you mustbe willing to relocate (US only). The program allows members to preference region(s). Start date for this role is July 12, 2027.

Program Design

YEAR ONE
Exposure to all foundational areas including:

  • Safety Awareness
  • Help Desk
  • Network Technician
  • SOX Preparation
  • ITP Compliance
  • Project Management

Additionally, participants will be introduced to key domains such as:

  • Development
  • Infrastructure
  • Industrial IoT
  • Cyber Security

YEAR TWO

  • In the second year, participants will take a deeper dive into one of the areas introduced in Year One. This focused rotation allows for specialization and advanced skill development in the key domain chosen for them.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Information Technology or related field with a degree concentration in networking, programming, security or database administration
  • Prior co-op or internship experience in manufacturing preferred
  • Club, organization or activity involvement in a leadership capacity
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Must be a US Person*
  • Must be willing to relocate (program roles located in various US locations only)
    • The program allows members to preference regions.
    • The Company will match the member with the most meaningful learning experience within the preferred regions.

Full Relocation is authorized for this position.

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $74900 to $74900 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. Employees will receive 80 hours of paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participant in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company’s 401(k) plan.

This position requires use of information or access to production processes subject to national security controls under U.S. export control laws and regulations (including, but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)). To comply with those regulations, this position may require applicants to be U.S. Persons (i.e., U.S. citizens, U.S. lawful permanent residents, protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)), or eligible to obtain the required export authorizations from the U.S. Department of State or the U.S. Department of Commerce.
