Precision Castparts Corp. invites graduates to join its two-year Industry 4.0 Development Program, a high-velocity rotational experience across PCC facilities in multiple US locations.

Start date July 12, 2027, with relocation between sites and mentorship to bridge academia with manufacturing leadership. Designed for seniors graduating Spring 2027 or recent grads, the program covers Technology Development for Production Environments, Robot Programming, Control System Design, Data Analytics & AI

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Systems Integration/Automation Technology/CS or related field.
  • Co-op or internship experience in manufacturing preferred.
  • Leadership experience in clubs, organizations, or activities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • U.S. Person status required.
  • Willingness to relocate twice across US locations.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in a two-year rotational program across PCC facilities.
  • Learn fundamentals of PCC’s Corporate Automation Standards and technology development.
  • Engage in projects involving robot programming, data analytics, and system optimization.

Job Description

Precision Castparts Corp.’s Development Programs are Powering the Future by taking the emergent talent through a high velocity program two year, rotational program complete with learning experiences and opportunities to expose members to the critical aspects of PCC’s business in a multitude of manufacturing environments so they can effectively influence the future direction of the Company. This program is specifically designed for seniors graduating in Spring 2027 or recent graduates. This position will be in various locations so you must be willing to relocate(US only). The program allows members to preference region(s).Start date for this role is July 12, 2027.

Program Design
  • First year members will be placed at one of our PCC facilities learning the foundations of our Corporate Automation Standards.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a field of study such as: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Integration, Automation Technology, Computer Science or related field
  • Prior co-op or internship experience in manufacturing preferred
  • Club, organization or activity involvement in a leadership capacity
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Must be a U.S. Person*
  • Must be willing to relocate twice (program roles located in various US locations only)
    • The program allows members to preference regions.

Full Relocation is authorized for this position.

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $77000 to $77000 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. Employees will receive 80 hours of paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participant in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company’s 401(k) plan.

This position requires use of information or access to production processes subject to national security controls under U.S. export control laws and regulations (including, but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)). To comply with those regulations, this position may require applicants to be U.S. Persons (i.e., U.S. citizens, U.S. lawful permanent residents, protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)), or eligible to obtain the required export authorizations from the U.S. Department of State or the U.S. Department of Commerce.
