Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. is seeking an EHS Data Manager to administer and improve our EHS technology platforms (Gensuite, Absorb LMS, Teams, SharePoint) across the organization, supporting compliance, data governance, training, and reporting.

You will build dashboards and KPIs, manage documents and workflows, and collaborate with EHS, Operations, HR, IT, and leadership to drive continuous improvement and automation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience administering EHS, LMS, SharePoint, or other enterprise business systems.
  • Strong data management, reporting, and analytics skills, including Excel and Power BI or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of incident management, audits, document control, and regulatory compliance processes.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams and SharePoint.
  • Experience with Gensuite, Absorb LMS, or comparable EHS management systems
  • Experience developing electronic workflows, forms, and process automation solutions.

Job description

The Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Data Manager is responsible for administering, maintaining, and improving the company's EHS technology platforms, including Gensuite, Absorb LMS, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint. This role supports EHS compliance, data management, reporting, training administration, document control, and process improvement initiatives across the organization.

Travel Requirements

Occasional travel may be required to support site audits, training, implementations and continuous improvement initiatives.

For informational purposes only, the range for annual base salary for this role is $85,000 to $100,000 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company’s Executive Bonus Plan, paid out up to 10% of the applicable annual base salary, based on the Company’s performance in the prior calendar year. Employees will receive 120 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company’s 401(k) plan.
