Base pay range

$160,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

Location: Downtown Denver (Hybrid)

6month Contract to Hire (Conversion to full time guaranteed)

Willingness and ability to travel each quarter

Pay: $160k-$200k

Overview:

As a Manager, you will lead full due diligence engagements, manage client relationships, and oversee the work of Associates and Senior Associates. You will be fully dedicated to one engagement at a time, ensuring high-quality delivery and strategic insights.

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end product technology due diligence engagements
Direct and mentor team members, ensuring quality and consistency
Interface with client executives and stakeholders
Oversee creation of detailed technical reports and recommendations
Evaluate software architecture, development practices, and team capabilities
Provide strategic insights on product scalability, technical debt, and integration readiness

Qualifications:

5–8+ years of experience in technology consulting, product development, or M&A
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; MBA preferred
Proven ability to lead teams and manage client engagements
Deep understanding of custom software development and IT infrastructure
Strong business acumen and communication skills
