Job Title: NetSuite Consultant – ERP Implementation Lead

Remote - Contract Position

About the Role

We are looking for a certified NetSuite ERP Consultant and Administrator to lead the implementation of NetSuite ERP across our company. This is a high-impact role, responsible for designing workflows, improving reporting structures, and aligning technology with our operational goals. You'll work across departments including Finance, HR, Field Services, and Operations to ensure a smooth, successful rollout of NetSuite.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle implementation of NetSuite ERP, ensuring alignment with business processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configuration.
• Customize modules including Financials, Inventory, and Field Service (FSM).
• Oversee data migration, system integrations, and dashboard/report development.
• Conduct training sessions and create support documentation for end-users.
• Serve as the subject matter expert post-implementation for continuous system optimization.
• Identify risks and resolve issues during all phases of the implementation.

Required Qualifications

• NetSuite Administrator Certification (required)
• Proven experience in managing and implementing NetSuite ERP across departments.
• Solid understanding of finance operations, accounting workflows, and project-based environments.
• Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, or SuiteTalk is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to engage both technical and non-technical teams.
