About the Company

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join Tioga GTM as a senior GTM consultant with a path to leadership, focused on our Business and Technology Services clients.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute immediately to active client engagements
  • Learn and apply the Tioga GTM approach to sales effectiveness and growth strategy
  • Work closely with the founding team to refine and scale our delivery model
  • Take on increasing responsibility, with the potential to lead a vertical-focused team

Qualifications

  • 7–10+ years of experience in consulting, with a focus on go-to-market strategy or commercial excellence
  • Senior Engagement Manager level or above, with experience leading client-facing workstreams
  • Background in business services required; depth in technology services is especially attractive
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution skills and a passion for enabling B2B sales teams
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in helping to build a firm, not just deliver projects

Preferred Skills

  • Depth in technology services is especially attractive

Pay range and compensation package

  • Start as a 1099 contractor (half or full-time depending on availability)
  • Intent to transition to W2 based on mutual fit and performance
  • Remote-first, with occasional travel as needed
