Base pay range

$100.00/hr - $160.00/hr

I am working with a global biopharmaceutical client who is looking to recruit an IT Business Partner / Relationship Manager to work between the IT (Infrastructure & Infosec) and R&D teams.

Applicants must have experience in IT (Infrastructure & Infosec) within the Life sciences domain and ideally R&D IT and technology requirements.

This would be an initial 6-month contract (with a high chance of extension), fully remote, and can be worked via a W2 or C2C arrangement (must have own LLC, no third parties).

Job Summary:

The BPS Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Business Partnering Services (BPS) teams, ensuring alignment between business needs and IT services. This role involves earning trust through consistent engagement, understanding business drivers, and fostering collaboration. Additionally, it involves coordinating resources, managing demand intake, and collaborating on strategic initiatives to deliver value to the business.
