Job summary

A leading consulting firm is looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to support their Supply Chain initiatives. The role requires extensive knowledge of warehouse and transportation management systems, along with at least 5 years in a related field. Key responsibilities include partnering with stakeholders to define project scope and provide analytical support for process improvements. This contract position is based in Milwaukee and involves four days onsite and one day remote work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a relevant analytical role within Supply Chain.
• Strong understanding of distribution and inventory management processes.
• Experience supporting or integrating with legacy WMS/TMS platforms.
• Hands-on experience with SAP (preferred) or JD Edwards in supply chain or logistics modules.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements, user stories, and process documentation.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across business and IT teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
