Under the supervision of the IT Supervisor II, the Field Support Staff provides IT support within an institutional environment, including desktop, application, and network support, project implementation, and service delivery. Travel and after-hours support may be required.

Minimum Qualifications

• 18 months as an IT Technician, or
• Two years of general IT experience, or
• 60 semester units including 15 IT-related units, or
• Equivalent experience and education.

Additional Information
