Job summary

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in technical program management delivering complex, organization-wide engineering programs.
  • Deep understanding of managing multi-team software projects across the full SDLC, including infrastructure, platform, or product initiatives.
  • Strong technical foundation to engage in architectural discussions, evaluate system design trade-offs, and assess technical risks.
  • Exceptional communication skills and executive presence to influence stakeholders and translate technical concepts into business impact.
  • Experience developing or refining program management frameworks, processes, and tools at organizational levels.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, make informed decisions under pressure, and drive clarity in a fast-paced setting.
