Job summary

NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital is seeking an IT Analyst II focused on IT Customer Experience. You will install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications, ensuring performance, integrity and reliability of components.

Based in New York, NY, the role reports to NYP Queens onsite, with a strong emphasis on meeting user reporting needs and delivering high-quality services in a high-tech hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 3+ years of related work experience.
• Preferred: Master's degree, CompTIA A+, Cisco certification, ITIL/PMP.

Responsibilities

IT Analyst II – IT Customer Experience

As an Information Technology Analyst II, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems and/or applications. You will also ensure the performance, integrity and reliability of system components. In addition you will determine user specifications for reporting and project needs and work independently in a professional, high-tech environment to oversee sophisticated and specialty technology. This position reports to NYP Queens, onsite 5 days a week.

Preferred Criteria

• Master’s degree
• COMP TIA A+ Certification
• Degree or major in Computer Science
• Cisco Certification
• ITIL PMP

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3 or more years of previous work related experience
