Brodstone Healthcare in Superior, NE seeks an IT professional to support and maintain in-house computer systems, desktops, peripherals, and telephone systems. Responsibilities include diagnosing, repairing, upgrading hardware/software, and end-user training.

You will troubleshoot problems, maintain security, monitor servers, backups, and assist with network design and implementation to ensure system reliability. This on-site role supports daily IT operations for the facility.

Competenze

• GED or high school diploma required.
• Associate degree in Information Technology preferred.
• Cisco networking equipment experience is preferred.

• Contacts IT Manager and/or vendors as needed to solve problems.
• Creates and updates records at intervals consistent with the Network Administrator and facility guidelines.
• Attends and participates in departmental meetings / in-services, Brodstone Healthcare quality improvement program, etc.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

Support and maintain in-house computer systems, desktops, peripherals and telephone system. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware and software. Troubleshoot problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end user training and assistance where required. Solves commonly occurring operations problems and refers more complex problems to specialized vendor support.

EDUCATION

Required

• Associate Degree - Information Technology

EXPERIENCE

Required

• 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred

• Use of Cisco Networking Equipment
