Job Summary:

Data Management and Collaboration Analyst

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to support enterprise collaboration and data management initiatives. In this role, you will help teams across the organization work more effectively by supporting and improving the use of monday.com as a central collaboration platform, maintaining key business data, and staying current on emerging technologies such as AI to identify opportunities for smarter, more efficient ways of working.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, improve communication, and promote consistent data practices. The ideal candidate is organized, a strong communicator, and passionate about helping others use tools and information to do their best work.

Requirements:

• Monday.com or Smartsheet Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Monday.com (preferred) or similar platforms; must act as a platform subject matter expert, supporting user adoption across departments.
• Project Management Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience driving project timelines, setting deadlines, and collaborating cross-functionally. PMP or PMI certification is strongly preferred (can substitute for a degree).
• Strong Communication & Presentation Skills: Must be fluent in English, confident speaking to large groups, and able to adjust technical messaging based on the audience. Prior experience conducting trainings or onboarding users to software is ideal.
• Data Management & Collaboration Focus: Able to support enterprise-wide collaboration initiatives and data-related projects. Understanding of business operations, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (in Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field). Open to strong candidates without a degree if they have PMI certification and relevant experience.
