POSITION TITLE: Information Technical Analyst III
POSITION SUMMARY:

The Information Technology Analyst III is a senior, hands-on role primarily focused on Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) and the lifecycle management of enterprise-managed Windows and Apple endpoints.

Candidates must have strong, demonstrated experience with both Jamf Pro and Microsoft Intune, supporting macOS, iOS/iPadOS, and Windows devices in a modern, security-driven environment. This role also works closely with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 services to support identity, access, and endpoint integration across the enterprise. The role serves as a technical escalation point for endpoint management and device lifecycle issues, partnering with other IT teams to define standards, implement automation, and ensure secure, compliant access to organizational resources.

The Information Technology Analyst III will be responsible for configuring, deploying, and maintaining devices, developing policies and configuration profiles through Jamf Pro and Intune, and ensuring compliance with security standards. Will manage scripting and automation tasks, oversee integration with other IT systems, and support the lifecycle management of all devices. Additionally, will manage complex personal computers, lead the daily administration of servers and desktop workstations, and provide technical assistance and consulting to users. Key responsibilities include monitoring and troubleshooting the environment for issues, installing software upgrades, and performing the installation, modification, and repair of workstations and peripheral equipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Implement and enforce security baselines, compliance controls, and endpoint protection policies using Jamf Pro and Intune, in alignment with organizational security requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for Jamf Pro and Intune configurations, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
  • Oversee Apple device provisioning using Apple School Manager, ensuring seamless enrollment and lifecycle integration with Jamf Pro.
  • Oversee Windows device provisioning and lifecycle management using Microsoft Intune, including modern enrollment and deployment methods.
  • Manage and continuously improve device enrollment, deployment, and lifecycle processes across Apple and Windows platforms.

Identity, Access & Microsoft 365:

  • Support endpoint integration with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, including device identity, group membership, and access alignment.
  • Assist with Microsoft 365 administration related to endpoint management, including user licensing, device-based access considerations, and service integration.
  • Collaborate with identity and security teams to ensure Intune, Entra ID, and M365 services are aligned with organizational access and compliance standards.
  • Participate in troubleshooting issues related to device authentication, access to Microsoft 365 services, and identity-related endpoint behaviors.

Technical Support:

  • Manage and support multiple operating systems (Windows 10/11, macOS, etc.), ensuring systems are up to date and secure.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve service delivery.
