Job summary

Wipro Givon USA is seeking an Information Systems Technician to troubleshoot and maintain the company’s computer hardware and software with direction from the Systems Administrator.

The role supports servers, networking devices, printers, and office systems in a fast-paced environment and requires 1 year of troubleshooting experience, plus relevant certifications if available.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in troubleshooting computer systems, preferably in a PC environment.
• Computer Certification desired.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus
• Experience with Office, Exchange, SQL Server, Windows required

Responsibilities

• Ensures that the company’s computer systems function in a proper and efficient manner.
• Troubleshoots all existing hardware and software applications as necessary.
• Meets established standards for productivity and quality. Confers with supervisor when problems arise, which impact expected level of performance.
• Support all electronic products including, Servers, Firewalls, Printers, Phones, Routers, Switches, Plotters, Copiers, phones, cameras, PCs, Laptops, Warehouse equipment, accessories, and more.
