We are currently looking for a Information Systems Technical Project Manager to work Mon-Fri. The Information Systems Technical Project Manager plays a key role in delivering technology initiatives that support the bank’s strategic goals. This position manages complex IT projects outside of the core banking system to bring operational efficiency. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in leading cross-functional teams, managing vendor relationships, and driving projects from concept to completion in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Admin, Information Technology, Finance or related field. (Master’s Degree preferred)
• 5+ years in project management with banking or financial service industry experience
• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools
• Project Management certifications (PMP or equivalent) preferred
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, enterprise systems (e.g. Active Directory, Microsoft 365, core banking platforms), cyber security and vendor integrations
• Proven track record of leading multi-stakeholder IT projects to successful completion
• Excellent analytical, communication and leadership skills
• Preferred experience in cloud migrations
• Prior involvement in IT audits, compliance reviews, disaster recover exercises

Regular Duties And Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of IT and systems projects, including system upgrades, network implementations, cloud transitions and security initiatives
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for software implementations, licensing, support contracts and SLAs
• Ensure all technical solutions adhere to regulatory standards
• Drive adoption and change management by supporting training, user documentation and communication plans
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating when necessary to ensure resolution
