Join Our Team as an Information Systems Support Specialist
Step into a dynamic role at the forefront of public health innovation, where your expertise will directly strengthen the Division of Public Health’s information systems. In this position, you will partner with agency staff, program leaders, and external stakeholders to identify solutions, resolve system challenges, and drive meaningful system enhancements that support critical public health initiatives.
You will play a key role in translating program and business needs into effective, data-driven solutions—conducting workflow analysis, improving system functionality, and advancing data sharing capabilities. This position also offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects by supporting the development of project charters, business cases, RFPs, and contracts.
