Overview:

CACI is seeking a Subject-Matter Expert Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) responsible for overseeing the information security posture of complex strategic mission systems supporting USSTRATCOM. The ISSM will ensure compliance with federal regulations, DoD directives, and organizational policies while managing security risks. The work location is Omaha, Nebraska, contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities:

  1. Receive Cyber Tasking Orders (CTOs) and directives from HHQ/USSTRATCOM.
  2. Analyze policies and configurations for compliance with regulations and directives.
  3. Manage threat or target analysis by reviewing cyber defense trends.
  4. Analyze ACAS results to verify vulnerabilities and assess risks.
  5. Manage and report status of CTOs, directives, and vulnerabilities.
  6. Report non-compliance patterns to evaluate cyber program effectiveness.
  7. Recommend security controls to mitigate risks, providing UAF updates.
  8. Maintain ACAS and Nessus applications, including updates and patches.
  9. Support DoD audits such as CSSP, CORA, and CCORI.
  10. Analyze quarterly security releases and assign tasks accordingly.
  11. Ensure cybersecurity of programs, systems, or enclaves, including vulnerability management.
  12. Work rotating shifts as required by mission needs.
  13. Perform other duties as assigned to meet mission requirements and support USSTRATCOM objectives.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related fields.
  2. Minimum 10 years of experience in information security management for mission-critical systems.
  3. Required 8140 Certification: 722 - Intermediate or equivalent; or applicable degree or training.
  4. Additional certifications such as CISSP or CISM are preferred.
  5. Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and risk management.
  6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  8. Minimum Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Pay Range:

The salary range is $90,700 - $199,600, influenced by location, experience, skills, education, and certifications. We offer comprehensive benefits including healthcare, wellness, retirement, family support, education, and time off. Learn more here.
