Job Description:

Cydecor is seeking an Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE) to provide support to an Intelligence Community customer. The Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE) will provide an Information System Subject Engineer for the assessment and authorization and continuous monitoring processes.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide cybersecurity requirements analysis of architectures and designs.
• Identify architecture development best practices.
• Identify technical gaps and provide solution recommendations for services acquisition, development, migration, implementation, and monitoring.
• Explain security controls/requirements and guidance to the System Owners and System Teams and recommend implementation strategies.
• Identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation alternatives for Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M) items

Here's what you need:

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience with IT security architecture, computer technology, design, standards, and products.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of one of the following certifications: Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP), Certification and Accreditation Professional (CAP), or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience implementing security frameworks and standards (e.g. RMF, DoD/IC, CNSS, NCDSMO) in complex system and organizational environments.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including a demonstrated ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical staff.
• Acute problem-solving and analytical skills.

Bonus points if you have:

ISSE experience within the Intelligence Community Agencies

Security Clearance:

Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required.

M-F, Onsite
