Cross Domain Specialist

The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a Cross Domain Specialist to help us design, deploy, and maintain Cross Domain Solutions for an enterprise environment.

As a Cross Domain Specialist on our project, you’ll constantly look for ways to make the infrastructure better using the latest technology and the best implementation strategies. You’ll provide your customers insight into their network through monitoring and performance management. Your technical expertise will be vital as you identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission-critical network. You’ll help your team better understand the network by turning metrics into information and explaining their meaning. We focus on growing as a team, so you’ll share your expertise through leadership and mentoring as you help the team work through challenges and develop new methodologies. As a technical leader, you’ll identify new opportunities to modernize the network to help your customers meet their needs. Join our team and solve daily challenges as we improve cross domain.

You Have:

• 8+ years of experience in Linux Systems, including RedHat or CentOS Systems Administration, in an Architectural design or Operations and Sustainment capacity
• 3+ years of experience with Cross Domain Solutions, including Forcepoint High Speed Guards, OWL Diodes, Radiant Mercury, or ISSE Guards
• Experience with the design, deployment, and implementation of Network Security components, firewalls, switches, or VPNs
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience in Cross Domain, or 14+ years of experience in Cross Domain in lieu of a degree
• Ability to obtain a DoD 8570 IASAE Level II Compliance Certification within 60 days of start date

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with VMWare ESXi, vSphere, or vRealize Operations
• Experience creating tailored Linux Operating systems through Kickstart or PXE
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code technologies, including Chef, Terraform, Ansible, or SaltStack
• DoD 8570 IASAE Level II Compliance Certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, contract-specific considerations, and organizational requirements. The projected salary range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
