Salary Range: $100,000 to $120,000 annually

Security Clearance: Secret

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support an active NSWCPD contract in Philadelphia, PA.
• Research, compile, and document technical reviews, drawings, schematics, reports, and manuals.
• Develop and shepherd system security/IA plans using DIACAP, RMF, NIST 800-53, and related standards.
• Coordinate with management and clients to ensure compliance with DoD IA requirements.
• Develop technical documentation, instructions, and procedures; review and revise existing documents.
• Provide task status updates through briefings.
• Decompose system specifications to determine security/IA requirements and collaborate with engineers and security personnel.
• Assist ISSMs in system duties and responsibilities.
• Perform control correlation assessments of security controls.
• Support the DoDEA ISCM program and participate in configuration management.
• Assess and recommend reaccreditation needs following significant system changes.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Proficiency with DISA STIG procedures, ACAS, HBSS, SCAP, and network scanning.
• Current DoD IAM Certification.
• Ability to perform duties independently.
• Knowledge of FISMA compliance and requirements.
• Active DoD SECRET clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship.
• Compliance with DoD 8570.01-M IATII requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering or Mathematics with a focus on computer science.
• Minimum of two years of professional systems engineering experience.
