Role Overview:

This role involves providing cybersecurity support to the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD), focusing on developing, accrediting, and maintaining RMF packages for NSWCPD Land Based Test Sites, ensuring Cyber Security and IA Hardening for systems supporting Navy operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain RMF packages to achieve ATO for all Land Based Test Site Systems.
2. Implement cybersecurity measures in compliance with DoD 8510.01 RMF standards.
3. Support server and desktop administration, including secure configuration and integration.
4. Conduct vulnerability assessments with tools like eMASS and ACAS, and troubleshoot system configurations.
5. Prepare RMF A&A packages, ensuring compliance with DoD and NAVSEA directives.
6. Create cybersecurity documentation, including manuals and system diagrams.
7. Support certification testing, troubleshoot security features, and maintain security postures.
8. Perform remediation based on evaluations to mitigate risks.
9. Manage program progress, develop metrics, and report on GFE.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Five years of cybersecurity experience with eMASS and ACAS.
• Meet IA Workforce Baseline for IAT Level III with current certifications such as CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP, GCED, or GCIH.
• Secret Security Clearance and US Citizenship required.
• Associate degree in STEM or related field.
