Build the Blueprint

Create and evolve a cybersecurity strategy that integrates seamlessly with our processes, including secure CI/CD pipelines, continuous monitoring, and integration.

Make Security Seamless

Implement and maintain Criteria for Continuous Delivery (CfCD) compliance. Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to embed security into workflows, making it an enabler rather than an obstacle.

Think Like an Engineer, Act Like an Analyst

Evaluate vulnerability findings, review mitigation strategies, and assist others in interpreting compliance data and quality evidence (OQE). Your critical thinking and communication skills will be vital.

• Speak the languages of both engineers and security analysts

• Have experience with tools like eMASS, understand NIST RMF, and leverage data for decision-making

• Can bridge tactical execution with strategic foresight

Must-Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity/ISSE roles, preferably with Navy or DoD projects
• Technical expertise in leading eMASS and RMF efforts
• Solid understanding of NAVSEA frameworks, DevSecOps, and CI/CD environments
• Preferred: Certifications such as CISSP, Security+, or CAP
