Job summary

Howmet Aerospace is seeking an Information Systems Leader for our Whitehall Casting facility. You will drive IT excellence, manage daily IT operations, and lead a local team supporting both business and manufacturing.

You will collaborate with the IS Manager, align IT initiatives with strategic priorities, and ensure cybersecurity and uptime across the site. This on-site role is based in Whitehall, MI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS or related field OR HS Diploma with 7 years IT/IS experience.
• Minimum 5 years in an IT/IS role and at least 1 year of leadership.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Drive IT excellence across the Whitehall Casting facility and report to the IS Manager.
• Oversee day-to-day IT troubleshooting, projects, and uptime.
• Lead a team of local IT support professionals serving business and manufacturing.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to align IT with site priorities.
