You will report to the Whitehall Casting IS Manager and oversee IT troubleshooting, project work, and a team of local support professionals supporting both business and manufacturing operations. This role requires strong business acumen, cybersecurity know-how, and the ability to align IT initiatives with manufacturing priorities, timelines, and budgets,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent with IT/IS leadership experience.
• HS Diploma/GED with 7 years IT/IS experience; leadership experience required.
• Preferred: systems analysis, staying current with IT trends, strong communication, organizational and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive IT excellence across the Whitehall Casting facility and manage day-to-day IT operations.
• Lead a local support team and coordinate with business leaders, vendors and site leadership.
• Prioritize workload, manage IT uptime, and oversee projects and upgrades.
• Implement cybersecurity measures and maintain qualifications to ensure compliance.
• Influence without direct authority and ensure projects stay on track and within budget.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an Information Systems Leader to drive Information Technology excellence across our Whitehall Casting facility. Reporting to the Whitehall Casting IS Manager, this position is responsible for all activities within the Whitehall Casting Information Systems Department. These activities include engaging with the business to support their strategic priorities and planning, managing the day-to-day functions of IT troubleshooting and projects, and leading a team of local support professionals supporting both business and manufacturing organizations. Managing the daily operations includes prioritizing the workload and being responsible for IT administration and uptime.

Qualifications

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Management, or Management Information Systems from an accredited institution OR High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution AND 7 years experience in an IT/IS role
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT/IS role
• A minimum of 1 years of leadership experience
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
