Information Systems Deployment, Operations and Support Engineer

Part of the Information Systems Department, you will be in charge of the deployment, operations, user training, and user support for information systems used either internally or to deliver medical imaging services to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Organization and implementation of onsite or remote information system deployment projects.
• User training.
• Management and follow-up of support requests (internal and external).
• Ensure security requirements are fulfilled on the US premises.
• Technical support for US facility users.

Profile & Experience

• Education: Bachelor's Degree with majors in computer science / system engineering or related.
• Knowledge in health management or medical imaging is a plus.
• First experience (2-3 years) as an information system engineer in health care or pharmaceutical industry related environments.

Required Skills

• Firm grasp on Windows® environment, workstations, Office 365, VPN, Webex.
• Capacity to support (helpdesk) and train users.
