DrinkPAK, based in Santa Clarita, CA, seeks an Information Systems Technologist to bridge IT with business partners, configuring and improving systems, dashboards, and AI-assisted analytics. You will work across departments to translate operations questions into data models, ensuring reliable, governed data and self-service reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 3+ years in systems analyst, business analytics, BI, or related role.
• Experience using AI assistants (Claude) with sound judgment for verification.
• Backend configuration in enterprise platforms including security and reporting.
• Proven testing discipline and ability to document defects clearly.
• Strong data skills with Excel, SQL, and large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and improve dashboards and reports with stakeholder input.
• Enable data lake assets and semantics for department use.
• Coach teams to become self-sufficient in BI and AI-enabled analytics.
• Configure and optimize Workday HR/Payroll workflows and reporting.
• Apply AI tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining governance.
