Job summary

PLEXSYS Interface Products UK LTD is seeking an Information Systems Architect to define and design architecture for IS in AWACS/ASC2/TACS training and ground systems. You will validate security requirements, apply RMF controls, and ensure IA baselines while interfacing with management to meet technical and schedule goals.

Qualifications

• DoD IAM Level I certification is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Network Security, Computer Science, or related technical discipline with 7+ years of experience.
• Experience implementing security controls per NIST SP 800-53/800-171 and CNSSI 1253.
• Experience building network/system architectures using SDN, NFV.
• Experience guiding architecture from requirements to validation and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design of network and security architecture solutions.
• Decompose requirements and write traceable specifications.
• Prepare technical proposals and presentations for new business.
• Design, support, and deploy virtualized infrastructure and networks.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to users.
• Plan and verify hardware/software acquisitions as needed.
• Ensure documentation is complete prior to delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify system and security needs.
