Job summary

FEDITC, LLC is seeking an Information System Security Officer (ISSO) to support DoD and other intelligence programs from Warren, MI. The role requires US Citizenship and an active Secret DoD clearance.

As the principal advisor, the ISSO will oversee security controls, coordinate with the ISO, and ensure compliance with the System Security Plan and RMF guidance. Strong communication and problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of governance, risk and compliance (GRC) experience or related role.
• Strong knowledge of security principles, practices and technologies.
• Experience with security assessment tools and techniques.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the ISO to maintain appropriate security posture.
• Advise on security of the information system and authority to operate.
• Manage day-to-day security operations and monitor the environment.
• Develop and maintain System Security Plan and RMF documentation.
• Handle incidents and advise on security policies and procedures.
