The answer is you—build your knowledge as an Information Security Risk Specialist who can break down complex threats into manageable plans of action.

Responsibilities

1. Work with engineering, cybersecurity specialists, and client leadership to discover cyber risks, understand policies, and develop mitigation plans.
2. Gather technical, environmental, and personnel details to assess the threat landscape.
3. Guide clients through plans of action via presentations, whitepapers, and milestones.
4. Translate security concepts for clients to aid decision-making on securing systems and improving security posture.
5. Immerse yourself in the technical aspects of network security and contribute actively to cybersecurity efforts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a cybersecurity role.
• Experience with NIST RMF and security policies for application infrastructure.
• Experience with Authority to Operate (ATO) package development.
• Knowledge of Cloud infrastructure and DevSecOps principles.
• Ability to operate security tools like Tenable Nessus, SecurityCenter, IBM Guardium, HP WebInspect, or Network Mapper.
• Top Secret clearance.
• HS diploma or GED with 11+ years of IT experience or Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of IT experience.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of security controls in container-based environments.
• Knowledge of cloud networking.
• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM fields.

Other Details

Applicants must undergo a security investigation and meet eligibility for access to classified information. Salary ranges from $99,000 to $225,000 annually. Full benefits and a flexible work model are offered.
