The Information System Security Engineer (ISSE) provides technical cybersecurity engineering expertise in support of a Government In-Service Engineering Activity (ISEA) responsible for United States Marine Corps (USMC) systems. The ISSE ensures cybersecurity requirements are properly interpreted, engineered, implemented, and validated across the system lifecycle. This role involves hands‑on technical work, secure architecture design, and close coordination with system engineers, developers, administrators, and the cybersecurity team.
