Northeast Kingdom Human Services Inc is seeking a Data Analyst to join the Analytics Team in a hybrid role with potential for remote work. The analyst will gather, clean, analyze, and report on data from NKHS's EMR and other sources, supporting informed decisions across the organization.

Responsibilities include creating dashboards, preparing reports, and collaborating with the Quality Improvement team to ensure data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1–3 years' data analysis experience.
• Strong SQL skills and advanced Excel abilities are required.
• Experience with R or Python for data analysis is expected.
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI for dashboards is preferred.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

Data AnalystFull-Time | Hybrid (potential for remote)The Data Analyst plays an important role on the Analytics Team at Northeast Kingdom Human Services (NKHS) by supporting agency-wide data needs. Under the supervision of the Data Scientist, this position is responsible for gathering, cleaning, analyzing, and reporting on data from NKHS’s electronic medical record (EMR) system and other sources.
