Job summary

Northeast Kingdom Human Services Inc is seeking a Data Analyst to join the Analytics Team in a hybrid role with potential for remote work. The analyst will gather, clean, analyze, and report on data from NKHS's EMR and other sources, supporting informed decisions across the organization.

Responsibilities include creating dashboards, preparing reports, and collaborating with the Quality Improvement team to ensure data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1–3 years' data analysis experience.
• Strong SQL skills and advanced Excel abilities are required.
• Experience with R or Python for data analysis is expected.
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI for dashboards is preferred.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

Responsibilities

• Extract, clean, analyze, and summarize data from multiple sources.
• Prepare reports and data summaries for diverse audiences.
• Create dashboards and visualizations to highlight metrics and trends.
• Collaborate with Quality Improvement to monitor data quality.
• Support recurring and ad hoc reporting needs; assist Data Scientist with modeling.
• Maintain data privacy, security, and ethical standards.
