Job Title

Information Systems Architect designing for large language models (LLMs), AI, or chat agents.

Work Location

100% Remote

Role Focus & Scope

Focus is information architecture, content structuring, customer experience strategy, and organizing information aligned to customer journeys. Very little to no work with development teams. Primary collaboration with: Analytics, Communications, and Customer Experience teams.

Technical Requirements

No required programming languages or specific tools. Work is primarily conceptual/organizational—categorizing, structuring, and creating information frameworks.

Must Haves

• Ability to clearly define the customer journey.
• Background in communications, analytics, or a blend of both.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with content architecture.
• Experience designing for large language models (LLMs), AI, or chat agents.
