Job summary

US Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency is seeking Information Systems Security Professionals to oversee complex information assurance at cleared contractor sites nationwide, applying Risk Management Framework and cybersecurity controls.

Qualified applicants will be evaluated against OPM competency standards; specialized experience and targeted capabilities include risk assessment, identifying vulnerabilities, and applying information security policies to protect classified data

Qualifications

• Specialized experience in applying cybersecurity concepts, principles and practices to complex work assignments.
• Experience identifying, documenting and communicating security plan vulnerabilities.
• Experience utilizing risk management principles to perform risk analysis.
• Ability to evaluate information assurance regulations, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee information systems security at cleared contractor sites using Risk Management Framework and cyber-related controls.
• Assess and communicate security posture to managers and stakeholders to safeguard classified data.
• Apply cybersecurity competencies to analyze operating and development computer systems for deficiencies.
