The U.S. Department of Defense Industrial Security Field is seeking Information Systems Security Professionals (ISSP) to oversee complex information assurance using RMF and cybersecurity activities at cleared contractor sites nationwide, including Dayton, OH.

This full-time position requires US citizenship, security clearance, and DoD 8570.01-M certification within six months; situational telework may be allowed; occasional overtime.

Qualifikationen

• Selective Service registration required for males born after 12-31-1959.
• Resume and supporting documents due by 11:59PM EST.
• This is a Drug Testing designated position.
• Position is a DCIPS Excepted Service position under U.S.C. 1601.
• Work Schedule: Full Time.
• Overtime: Occasionally.
• Tour of Duty: Flexible.
• FLSA: Exempt.
• Telework eligibility: Supervisors may approve situational telework on a case-by-case basis for limited situations.
• If selected, incumbent must obtain and maintain appropriate security clearance as indicated in job announcement.
• It is a requirement to be certified within six months of the appointment date (if not already certified) in accordance with DoD 8570.01-M for IAM Level III and IAT Level II.
• Incumbent must possess the legal and personal qualifications to operate passenger-type motor vehicle.

DCSA's Industrial Security Field is looking for Information Systems Security Professionals (ISSP) with responsibility for oversight of complex information assurance utilizing Risk Management Framework & cybersecurity related activities at cleared contractor sites across the country. The ISSP employs technical knowledge and interpersonal skills to ensure information systems security managers understand and implement the technical controls and processes required to protect classified information.
