Job summary

PE Systems, Inc. seeks an Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) to support the NC3 program at Hanscom AFB, MA. The role involves planning, designing, and implementing secure information systems with emphasis on confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Responsibilities include enforcing DoD cybersecurity policies, RMF artifacts, risk assessments, and coordination with A&A processes. Candidates must hold a Top-Secret/SCI clearance and be able to travel as required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or MA/MS in a related field with 3–10 years of relevant experience.
• Must possess and maintain a Top-Secret/SCI government security clearance.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Able to perform duties independently and travel to facilities as required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with NIST/DoD cybersecurity policies and RMF guidance.
• Perform risk and vulnerability assessments and recommend mitigations.
• Support A&A activities and document RMF artifacts and security plans.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to maintain system security and continuous monitoring.
• Review changes for security impact and participate in test and evaluation.
