Qualifications

• 5+ years in information security, with at least 3 years in security operations or incident response.
• 2+ years of experience directly leading a security team, including hiring and performance management.
• Hands-on experience securing and monitoring public cloud environments (AWS and Azure) with cloud logging and IAM.
• Experience with incident response processes, Playbooks, and post-incident reviews.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to report to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day security operations and incident response across global environments.
• Own cloud security posture, CSPM, and guardrails in AWS and Azure.
• Develop and mature incident response plans, runbooks, and post-incident reviews.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing security team with on-call rotations.
• Collaborate with IT, Engineering, and Legal on regulatory and audit requirements.
